Nature on your small screen
So this is my first time doing blog actually but I'll try to do my best to do this! OK , so what is you first impression when you first read the statement?! You might be thinking about your laptop or your smartphones, right? Yes, that's the answer for what you might be questioning. So for this blog I want to share about how to lose your stress by just looking to your small screen I mean you smartphones or laptop. This is actually the laziest way to release your stress because there are some people go for jogging or any outdoor activities they do to release their stress. But trust me, this way is also an efficient way, I will give at least 70% as a guarantee for this way to work. So how this way can work. It is very easy, just surf on the internet and search for anything related to nature such as video of the aquatic life not the wild life even though it is nature. No matter if it is a video or a picture. Just have a look and feel the meaning of the picture in your mind and your stress will decrease gradually, trust me! It will be better if you are a good photographer and capture your own picture of nature then have a look on your picture or you can record your own video! Like me, I use my own phone and snap my own beautiful picture of nature. These is my own pictures you can see at the bottom. I am not a professional photographer but I still know how to use camera and take pictures using it.

So actually each of every pictures that we take has its own benefits and stories. So as a conclusion, you can even release your stress in the laziest way like this and save time, also you release your stress more quickly by looking to nature. But you can also look to the memories captured with your family or friends to release your stress.
