INDEPENDENCE DAY ON 31ST AUGUST

WHAT INDEPENDENCE MEANS TO ME??

For me, independence is really a big important things for me..

  • freedom for people to express themselves and to use that freedom to improve, learn, and experience everyday living. Independence should not be used as an excuse to seize power.

  • Freedom that satisfies your desire to become a stronger person and yet does not separate us from our values. It’s a sense of individuality that empowers us to speak our minds and free ourselves from ignorance.

  •  living your life to the fullest! It’s to enjoy and do your best every single day of your life. It is about standing bold and strong.

Why we should love our country??

  • Patriotism is our only hope against wrong-doing

  • Patriotism makes us desire to push our country forward

  • Patriotism ensures that countries are able to rise against chaos and attacks

  • Patriotism brings people together

  • To avoid being colonized by the western

Ways to love our country

  • Celebrate our differences

Made up of a multicultural and multifaceted society, each thread forms the fabric that is uniquely Malaysian. Let us celebrate our diversity and be more tolerant towards one another especially after the recent wave of change.
Even though we may have our differences, at the end of the day we are all human beings living under the same multiracial and harmonious roof.

  • Respecting the Jalur Gemilang and Negaraku

When we were in school, we often get reluctant whenever we are asked to do anything patriotic. But that should not have been the case.
It should have been instilled in our hearts because Malaysia is our home and we should always love our country no matter what happens.
That is why this coming Merdeka Day, we should wave the Jalur Gemilang up high and sing “Negaraku” loud and proud.

  • Wear patriotic colors, flags, historic figures, or images.

Nothing shows you love your country more than showing it through clothing or accessories! Each country has their own identifying image that defines who they are, and how they are perceived internationally.

Youth nowadays, do they really have strong sense of of patriotism??

I think we youth still have the strong sense of patriotism to Malaysia, for example we still get united wit other races such as Indian and Chinese.
If we are not have the strong sense of patriotism, Malaysia nowadays would be in racial war again..

Feeling after the scariest trial of SPMRSM

It was very stress, tough and tiring three weeks starting from the 1st August until the 16th August..
But we managed to finish it sucessfully but we dont know 'bout the result yet.

My learning strategies to face SPMRSM

  • Do a planner to study systematically two weeks before
  • Study at the class during weekends to avoid sleeping in the evening (DORM HAS STRONGEST THE SLEEPY VIBES)
  • Do short notes to ease study
  • Do past year excercise
So, How do you feel after answered all the papers?

Oh my God! No one can imagine our feelings after the exam has finished.... Plus it ends on the day that we are going to have our holiday... I feel really relieved after the exam has done.. but we still have the SPM. But it's okay because for me I have study a lot during preparation of SPMRSM,, so iI just have to drill myself with lots of past year questions.. Especially on ADD MATH question!!!!

THE TOUGHEST AND EASIEST PAPER YOU HAD??

Oh of course the toughest paper everyone would say is add math and yes it is the toughset and most stressful paper of  the day.. Om my God, I am afraid of fail on that paper..
For the easiest paper I cannot think of because every papers seemed to be so hard but I can say that Pendidikan Islam may be the easiest paer for me...

Future strategies for SPM Exam?

  • Answer all past year question of all subjects.
  • Consult teachers help for add math
  • Recall back about the history subject and biology.. also for pend.islam
  • May God help me in SPM.

Also I wanna say thank you to all people that wished good luck to me especially my batchmates and also my dearest junior. With the help of teachers and pray from our parents.

MY EID A.K.A HARI RAYA WITH LOVELY FAMILY AND COUSINS

On Friday, 15th June 2018, the day that all muslims have been awaited to celebrate after a month fasting during the holy month of Ramadhan. And on that I have so much fun with my big family and not only for that day , it goes on and on day by day untill the end of my school holiday. Plus this time we got 3 weeks holiday for mid sem break. So the night before the Eid, we as one big family break our fast together at 'nenek and atuk's house' at Ipoh.. So much food that I can eat at that time, we have ketupat, lemang , ayam rendang and ayam masak kicap.

Oh my God, now I feel hungry while writing this.. Ok so after everything has done, perfoming solat and everything.. Me and my fellow cousins play fireworks at the outside.. I really enjoyed it. So after that we went to sleep. Waiting for tomorrow comes so quickly.

So tomorrow has come.. FINALLY!!!! So all of us get ready early in the morning like 7.00 a.m to go to the mosque Aidilfitri sunat prayer. After finish perfoming the prayer, we all gathered back at grandparents house and we took pictures of us.

After that we all do the ' salam raya' (malay terms) and guess what..?? I got 'duit raya' from my uncles, aunts ,

parents
 and also my grandparents.
So in the evening, we went to visit houses in the nearby area .. It was fun actually because i can eat many 'kuih raya' (cakes) and sometimes certain houses offered us to eat rendang..
Usually our grandparents will stay at their house cause they knew that many relatives will come to visit.. Yeah, when we get back home, there would be a lot of people that I don't even know their existence are actually my relatives.. Usually my grandparents house would be hectic from the first day of Eid till usually fifth days of Eid.
I really enjoyed this year Raya very much.. So much memories have been created with my beloved cousin.. So that's all.. Thank you very much! Happy Eid !!!

TEEN ISSUES

Teenagers or also called adolescent, youth , young person and juvenile are defined as a person aged between 13 and 19 years. In this phase, this is where your childhood phase change to something really new. This phase, teens often have some problems related to certain factors such as health, their look, emotions , social and many more. So here I am going to talk about these particular problems that often being faced by teens.

FIRST OF ALL :

Anorexia nervosa is an eating disorder characterized by weight loss difficulties maintaining an appropriate body weight for height, age, and stature and, in many individuals, distorted body image. People with anorexia generally restrict the intake of calories and the types of food they eat. Some people with the disorder also exercise compulsively, and also binge eat.

Anorexia can affect people of all ages, genders, and races Historians and psychologists have found evidence of people displaying symptoms of anorexia for hundreds or thousands of years.

Although the disorder most frequently begins during adolescence, an increasing number of children and older adults are also being diagnosed with anorexia. You cannot tell if a person is struggling with anorexia by looking at them. A person does not need to be emaciated or underweight to be struggling. Studies have found that larger-bodied individuals can also have anorexia, although they may be less likely to be diagnosed due to cultural prejudice against fat and obesity.

HOW TO KNOW THAT YOU ARE SUFFERING THIS DISEASE, SO HERE ARE SOME SYMPTOMS THAT THOSE PEOPLE MIGHT HAVE WHICH IS :
  • Intense fear of gaining weight or becoming fat, even though underweight.
  • Restriction of energy intake relative to requirements leading to a significantly low body weight in the context of age, sex, developmental trajectory, and physical health.

SECOND ISSUE IS :

When a teen is developing their identity they are learning what makes them unique while also feeling the need to fit in. For teens who feel excluded from others due to their cultural, gender, or sexual identity, this process can lead teens to begin participating in harmful behavior.

Other factors that prevent the formation of a secure and positive self-identity include:
  • Lack of attachment to parents
  • Low self-esteem
  • Absence or negative influence of adults

Common Problems and Behaviors Surrounding Unhealthy Teen Identity Development
The causes above make a teen more likely to engage in risky behaviors such as drugs, substance addiction, and promiscuity. These teens are also more likely to perform poorly in school, have low self-esteem, and to act compulsively. This is due to the fact that during this time teens are still developing cognitively which makes their thinking process more impulsive than adults. Therefore, the simple encouragement from peers can be enough to persuade a teen to engage in risky behavior without much thought. The result of a teen’s participation in rebellious or promiscuous behavior can result in the teen feeling even worse about themselves and can create a downward spiral of unhealthy patterns and behavior.
15 of the common behaviors and warning signs of a teen struggling with their identity:
  1. Putting self down
  2. Keeps his or her own views or opinions to self
  3. Intense emotions of anger or sadness
  4. Change in peers and/or avoids positive friendships

LAST BUT NOT LEAST:

Teenagers and social problems occur everyday in high schools across the country. The teen years present a number of social challenges

BULLY
Bullying frequently occurs in the halls of high schools. It ranges from easily identifiable fist-fights to subtle, emotional attacks to the victim.

Types of Bullying

Bullying takes on several forms including:
  • Physical threats and violence
  • Verbal attacks and abuse
  • Cyber bullying
Physical bullying is often the first thing that typically comes to mind. Yet verbal attacks affect the victim in many of the same ways. Bullying may lead to other social problems, such as low self-esteem and making poor choices.

Effects

The type of bullying may vary, but the effects follow a common pattern in teens. The victims often struggle with acceptance after suffering at the hands of a bully. The victim may experience:
  • Fear and withdrawal from normal activities where they may encounter the bully
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Stress

PEERS PRESSURE
On a daily basis, teens influence their peers on everything from clothes to illegal activities. Why do they allow themselves to be swayed by peers? Fitting in and avoiding taunts is a major factor. No one wants to be left out. Kids who are curious about a certain behavior may decide to try, particularly if they think everyone else is doing it. Drinking or smoking at a party is a good example. A teen may decide to satisfy his curiosity if all of the other party guests are consuming alcohol.

Effects

Peer pressure results in poor decisions made by teens. A child who is on the fence about engaging in risky behaviors often goes along with the crowd to fit in, abandoning his own better judgment. Even teens who have refused to participate in a given activity in the past may eventually give in under peer pressure. Negative choices that routinely occur to fit in include:
  • Gossiping
  • Leaving others out of the group or making fun of them
  • Bullying other teens, either physically or verbally.

MOVIE THAT I LIKE

The trending movie is out now ! The Maze Runner:  The death cure
The moment that I have been waiting for about 3 years after the latest Part called The Scorch Trials.
Here is some of the synopsis of the story..

SYNOPSIS

Thomas, Newt, and Frypan are the last of the free "Gladers" immune to the Flare virus that has ravaged the world's population. Against the orders of Vince, who now leads The Right Arm resistance, the three leave their camp to rescue their immune friend Minho, who is being tortured by the organization WCKD in hopes of developing a cure for the virus. Heading for the "Last City", where WCKD's headquarters is located, the group is attacked by Cranks, humans infected with the Flare. However, they are saved by Jorge and Brenda, who join them.
The group makes it to the wall of the Last City, which protects the city from Cranks. Outside the wall, people are rallying in protest to be let into the city. When WCKD opens fire at the protesters, the group is captured by a contingent of masked men and are taken to a hideout. One of the masked men is revealed to be Gally, who has survived Minho's attack at the end of The Maze Runner. Gally takes them to see Lawrence, a rebellion leader for those outside the walls, who grants them permission to enter the Last City through a secret entrance. Gally leads Thomas and Newt through to the city and, spotting Teresa, Gally tells Thomas that she can get them into WCKD headquarters. The three capture her and she agrees to help them.
Thomas, Newt, and Gally escort Teresa inside WCKD headquarters and toward the location of the Immunes. Gally looks after the Immune children and stays to find a serum that can treat the Flare, while Thomas, Newt, and Teresa go to find Minho. They are caught and chased by a vengeful Janson, who leads WCKD's troops. Teresa lets them escape to find Minho, before rushing to do a blood test on Thomas' blood, which she obtained when removing trackers from the Gladers.
Gally gets the serum and takes the Immune children outside to a bus where Brenda is waiting. While Gally makes his way back into WCKD headquarters to find Thomas, Brenda is forced to leave with the Immune children in a bus as WCKD forces close in on them. Thomas and Newt reunite with Minho in the medical wing. They are chased by Janson before escaping. Teresa discovers that Thomas' blood can cure the Flare. She shares her discovery with WCKD's leader Ava Paige, both agreeing that they must find Thomas. Brenda and the Immune children are cornered by WCKD authorities but are saved by Frypan. Meanwhile, Lawrence rallies his rebels outside the city before blowing a hole in the city wall, allowing his allies and the infected people to storm the city. Outside the headquarters, Gally finds Thomas, Minho, and Newt. Sending Minho and Gally ahead, Newt gives Thomas a necklace with a silver cylinder pendant before passing out. Teresa transmits her voice throughout the city, telling Thomas that his blood can save Newt if he will only return to WCKD. Newt, nearly completely subsumed by the Flare, regains consciousness and attacks Thomas, while begging Thomas to kill him. Left with no other option, Thomas kills Newt.
Thomas makes his way back to WCKD and confronts Ava, who stresses that WCKD's intentions are good. However, she is killed by Janson, who is turning into a Crank. Janson knocks Thomas out and drags him to a lab where Teresa is ready to extract his blood. However, he reveals that he and WCKD are only truly interested in curing those whom they please, which results in Teresa turning on him. After a fight, Janson is killed, allowing Thomas and Teresa to escape to the rooftop where an aircraft piloted by Jorge and Vince is waiting. Thomas makes it aboard, but Teresa is killed when the headquarters comes apart after being hit by a building collapsing owing to the rebels' attacks.
The group reunites with the rest of the Immunes and The Right Arm, escaping to a safe haven that was revealed by Ava, where the remaining population can live in safety. There, Thomas discovers that the pendant Newt gave to him had a note in it. Still traumatized by Teresa's death, he reads the note, in which Newt tells him to look after himself and everyone, before thanking Thomas for being his friend.

In conclusion, this is the saddest part of The Maze Runner. Hmmm I cried when I watched it. That's all, I still wait for the last part of this long awaited movie.

3 THINGS THAT I LIKE

1, SCARY SHORT STORIES :

I read some of scary short stories from another blog and I want you to read it during night time.. I got goosebumps when I read these stories.. Here are some stories:

1) What’s in the basement?

Mommy told me never to go in the basement, but I wanted to see what was making that noise. It kind of sounded like a puppy, and I wanted to see the puppy, so I opened the basement door and tiptoed down a bit. I didn’t see a puppy, and then Mommy yanked me out of the basement and yelled at me. Mommy had never yelled at me before, and it made me sad and I cried. Then Mommy told me never to go into the basement again, and she gave me a cookie. That made me feel better, so I didn’t ask her why the boy in the basement was making noises like a puppy, or why he had no hands or feet.

2) All I saw was red

I check into small hotel a few kilometers from Kiev. It is late. I am tired. I tell woman at desk I want a room. She tells me room number and give key. “But one more thing comrade; there is one room without number and always lock. Don’t even peek in there.” I take key and go to room to sleep. Night comes and I hear trickling of water. It comes from the room across. I cannot sleep so I open door. It is coming from room with no number. I pound on door. No response. I look in keyhole. I see nothing except red. Water still trickling. I go down to front desk to complain. “By the way who is in that room?” She look at me and begin to tell story. There was woman in there. Murdered by her husband. Skin all white, except her eyes, which were red.

AND THAT'S ALL... ISN'T IT SCARY??

2. Have no floating class in my school of MRSM TAR

I really love school session with no floating class... Floating class means like how the universities does. It also arranged according to 2 Homerooms in one class..The benefit s that I got due to this thing are we can make our relationship between two Homerooms really closer.
Also we don't have to carry a heavy bag everyday as we all have our own respective locker.

3. About The Chinese New Year.

I learnt so many hidden things from the CNY which is about the history. Here are some of the brief of CNY history :
  • learn that every eve night the Chinese will burn firework to avoid from a mythical monster called Nian from destroying the villages and terrorize them.
  • Nian scared of loud sound and red colour.
  • after 10 days after the CNY, they'll be having Chap Goh Mei.
